Who builds Find?

Find is built by operators who spent years running real estate wholesaling, working acquisitions, follow-up, and dispositions every day. That means the product is shaped by people who live in the pipeline, not by a roadmap written far from a deal.

Why we built it

For years we ran our business the way most wholesalers do: a spreadsheet for leads, a separate app for texting, another list for cash buyers, and a lot of mental glue holding it together. Deals slipped because follow-up was manual and context was scattered across tools that never talked to each other.

We built Find to be the system we wished existed, one workspace that carries a deal from the first motivated-seller lead through skip tracing, automated follow-up, pipeline tracking, cash-buyer lists, and disposition, without re-entering anything between steps.

What Find doesn’t do

We’d rather you know up front. Find doesn’t sell lead lists or property data, doesn’t scrub numbers against the National Do Not Call Registry, has no power dialer, doesn’t match buyers to deals automatically, and has no native mobile app (it installs to your phone’s home screen from the browser).
