Find connects to accounts you own, so your numbers, documents and data stay yours. Those are billed by each provider; skip tracing and the optional AI are billed by Find by usage unless you connect your own key.

Why isn't pricing listed publicly?
Wholesaling teams vary widely: a solo operator and a five-market acquisitions team need very different things. Rather than force you into a fixed tier, we size seats and volume to your operation on a 20-minute demo and give you exact pricing then. During onboarding we help you import your leads, lists and buyers.

Common pricing questions
How much does a real estate CRM cost?
It depends on the model. Some wholesaling CRMs publish monthly tiers with usage included, others quote per team. Compare the total: the subscription plus texting, calling, skip tracing and e-signature costs, whoever bills them. Find is one plan quoted on a short call, and the services you connect are billed by those providers.
Is there a free trial?
No. Find starts with a guided demo on your own workflow, then we set up your account with you, so your pipelines and numbers are right from the start. Texting goes live once your A2P 10DLC registration is approved.
What else will I pay for besides Find?
Texting and calling run on your own Twilio account (per-message, per-minute and carrier registration fees), e-signature on your own SignWell plan, email on your Resend account, and file and photo storage on accounts you connect. Skip tracing and the optional AI are billed by usage or through your own provider key.
Can you help us move our data into Find?
Yes. During onboarding the Find team helps you import your leads, lists and cash buyers from CSV exports of your current CRM or spreadsheets.
