How we compared
We compared the two tools on the jobs a wholesaling team pays a CRM to do: price and total cost, skip tracing, calling, texting, buyer and dispo tools, automations, e-signature, AI, mobile access, integrations and switching.
- Sources. Every REsimpli fact comes from resimpli.com and REsimpli's help center, read on October 1, 2026 and linked where it's used. The company behind the CRM is REsimpli, LLC, an Indiana limited liability company (REsimpli terms, checked Oct 1, 2026). Twilio rates and other vendors' prices come from their own published pages on the same date. Find facts come from our own product.
- Desk research, not a hands-on test. This comparison doesn't come from a trial account, so we state what REsimpli publishes and say so when we couldn't verify something (such as its texting-hours and opt-out handling). For user reviews, REsimpli's site footer links to its profiles on G2, Google, Trustpilot and TrustRadius.
- No score. We don't rank the two. The "better fit" lists below say which needs point to which tool.
- Prices. List prices in US dollars as published, with annual-billing prices where offered. Usage you'd pay Twilio is shown at Twilio's published US rates.
- Corrections. If REsimpli changes a price or a feature, email [email protected] and we'll recheck the page.
Who each one is for
REsimpli (sometimes searched as "Resimplify") describes its three plans as for individual investors, growing teams and established teams at scale, and says every feature, from data and marketing to sales and operations, is on every plan, while users, phone numbers and monthly credits grow with the plan (REsimpli pricing, checked Oct 1, 2026).
Find is built for US wholesalers and small acquisitions and dispo teams who bring their own leads and want a CRM for working the deal: texting and calling on their own Twilio numbers, automations, contracts and dispo pages. Find doesn't supply lead lists, property data or direct mail. If you're weighing REsimpli alternatives, the real question is which of those jobs you want your CRM to do; our comparison of 9 wholesaling CRMs covers FreedomSoft, DataSift, CarrotCRM and others side by side.
Where REsimpli is the better fit
Choose REsimpli over Find if these matter most:
- You want to see the price and try it first. REsimpli publishes its prices and offers a 14-day free trial (REsimpli pricing, checked Oct 1, 2026). Find has no published price and no free trial.
- You want skip tracing inside the subscription. REsimpli includes 10,000 to 50,000 credits a month by plan, and its skip-tracing page says it scrubs and tags Do Not Call numbers (REsimpli skip tracing, checked Oct 1, 2026). Find bills skip tracing by usage (or uses your own TitanSkip account) and doesn't check numbers against the National Do Not Call Registry.
- You cold call at volume. Every REsimpli user gets the Triple Line Dialer, which dials three numbers and connects the first live answer (REsimpli dialer, checked Oct 1, 2026). Its help center says the dialer only rings contacts 8am to 9pm their time, up to 3 times a day, and supports voicemail drops (REsimpli help, checked Oct 1, 2026). Find has browser click-to-call only, with no voicemail drops.
- You want calling and texting on one bill. REsimpli includes unlimited standard calling and SMS under a fair-use policy (REsimpli pricing, checked Oct 1, 2026). In Find, Twilio bills you for each message and minute.
- You want native apps or an open API. REsimpli lists an iOS and Android app on every plan (REsimpli pricing, checked Oct 1, 2026) and open API access with no usage fees (REsimpli open API, checked Oct 1, 2026). Find is an installable web app with no public REST API.
- You want list building, direct mail or accounting in your CRM. REsimpli includes list stacking, a list builder, driving for dollars, direct mail tools (printing and postage billed per piece) and an accounting system (REsimpli pricing, checked Oct 1, 2026). Find doesn't offer these.
- You want a longer track record. REsimpli dates itself to 2016 (REsimpli Our Story, checked Oct 1, 2026).
Where Find may fit better as a REsimpli alternative
Find may suit you better if you want:
- Numbers in your own Twilio account. Texts (with photos) and calls run on Twilio numbers you own, with several numbers per account and a default line per rep. You complete A2P 10DLC registration; Find doesn't register you. See texting in Find.
- Hours and opt-out rules on automated texts. Find holds automated and campaign texts to 8am to 9pm in the recipient's time zone (estimated from the area code; 8pm cutoff in FL, MD, WA and OK, 9am to 8pm in CT; other state rules aren't automated). A STOP on any of your numbers blocks texting that person from all of them, plain-English opt-outs count, and automated texts are capped at 3 per contact per 24 hours by default. Skip-traced numbers are never auto-texted, but Find doesn't check them against the National Do Not Call Registry, so check it and your state's rules before your team calls. We didn't verify REsimpli's texting-hours or opt-out handling.
- Buyer campaigns that start from the dispo page. Publish a branded dispo page and Find can build a text campaign to your tagged buyers, then send it, schedule it or hold it as a draft. Each automation markets a deal once, and the deal shows which buyers replied. See dispo pages in Find.
- An automation builder and optional AI. 24 triggers and 21 action types, including delay, wait and filter steps. AI is off by default, drafts replies and summaries for a person to review, and never sends a message on its own.
- Your CRM connected to other tools. Signed outbound webhooks on 51 events (Zapier connects through webhooks; there's no Zapier app), plus an MCP server for Claude Desktop and other MCP clients.
Other REsimpli alternatives by job

REsimpli pricing and total cost vs Find
REsimpli's monthly cost is its published plan price plus any add-ons; Find's is the quoted plan plus what you pay the providers you connect.
| Cost line | REsimpli (published) | Find |
|---|---|---|
| Software plan | $299 to $2,199 a month, or $249 to $1,799 billed annually | Quoted on a call, based on your team |
| Extra users | $125 a month each, or $99 billed annually | Part of the quote |
| Phone numbers | 1, 5 or 15 included; extra numbers $5, $3 or $2 a month by plan | Twilio: $1.15 a month per local number |
| Texting | Unlimited under fair use; carrier registration fees passed through | Twilio: $0.0083 per SMS segment, $0.022 per outbound MMS, plus carrier and A2P 10DLC registration fees |
| Calling | Unlimited standard calling under fair use; AI calling $0.50 a minute | Twilio per-minute rates, such as $0.0140 a minute for outbound local calls, plus $0.0025 a minute for call recording (Find records every call) |
| Skip tracing | Monthly credits included; extra records $0.15 each | Billed by usage, or your own TitanSkip account |
| E-signature | Unlimited, included | Your paid SignWell plan |
| Email, files, photos | Unlimited email; 50 to 500 GB of storage by plan | Your own Resend, S3-compatible storage and Cloudinary accounts |
| AI | Optional add-on, priced per agent or bundle | Optional; billed by usage or your own key |
REsimpli figures: REsimpli pricing, checked Oct 1, 2026. Twilio figures: Twilio US SMS pricing and Twilio US voice pricing, checked Oct 1, 2026; Twilio lists carrier fees of $0.0035 (AT&T), $0.0045 (T-Mobile) and $0.005 (Verizon) per outbound SMS segment.
To compare, write down [number of users], [texts per month], [calling minutes per month] and [skip traces per month], price REsimpli from its plan table, and add Twilio usage to Find's quote. Find's pricing page lists every provider you connect.
Team size changes which REsimpli plan is cheapest. Solo takes up to 4 users in total and Team up to 12, with added users at $125 a month, or $99 on annual billing (REsimpli pricing, checked Oct 1, 2026):
| Users | Solo plus added users (monthly / annual billing) | Team (monthly / annual billing) |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | $299 / $249 | $899 / $699 |
| 3 | $299 + 2 × $125 = $549 / $249 + 2 × $99 = $447 | $899 / $699 |
| 4 | $299 + 3 × $125 = $674 / $249 + 3 × $99 = $546 | $899 / $699 |
| 5 | Over Solo's 4-user limit | $899 / $699 |
The Team prices include 5 users, 5 phone numbers and 20,000 skip-tracing credits a month, against Solo's 1 number and 10,000 credits, so a 4-person team that traces heavily may still pick Team.
Switching from REsimpli to Find
You switch by exporting your data from REsimpli and importing it into Find as CSV files; the Find team helps with the import during onboarding. REsimpli's help center shows how to export leads from a pipeline with the fields you choose (REsimpli help, checked Oct 1, 2026); we didn't find an article on exporting buyers, notes or message history, so ask its support before you cancel.
- List what you need. Sellers and properties, deals by stage, cash buyers and their tags, notes, and your opt-out list.
- Export it. In each REsimpli pipeline, select all leads, choose Actions, then Export Selected, and download the file from the Export Log under All Leads. Ask support about buyers and history, and keep a copy before your plan ends.
- Set up Twilio. Complete A2P 10DLC registration before you plan to text (A2P 10DLC guide). To keep your REsimpli numbers, ask REsimpli whether they can be ported.
- Import with the wizard. Map each file's columns to Find's fields; duplicates are handled on the way in. Bring opt-outs over first and confirm those contacts are marked do-not-contact before anyone texts.
- Rebuild the moving parts. Recreate buyer tags, campaign templates and automations.

Frequently asked questions
Is Find cheaper than REsimpli?
It depends on your team size and volume. REsimpli publishes its plan prices with unlimited calling and texting (under a fair-use policy) and e-signature included, while Find quotes one plan on a call and you pay Twilio, SignWell and the other providers you connect directly. Price both totals for your number of users, texts and calling minutes before you decide.
Can I move my REsimpli data into Find?
Yes, as CSV files. REsimpli's help center shows how to export leads from each pipeline; ask its support how to export buyers and history. Then import the files into Find with the column-mapping wizard and duplicate handling. The Find team helps with the import during onboarding.
Does REsimpli or Find include skip tracing credits?
REsimpli includes monthly skip-tracing credits on every plan, with the amount set by plan and extra records billed per record. Find includes no credits: skip tracing is switched on per account and billed by usage, or it runs on your own TitanSkip account.
What are the best REsimpli alternatives?
It depends on which part of REsimpli you want to replace. For data, direct mail and a phone system in one platform, price FreedomSoft; for marketing to stacked lists, DataSift; for inbound lead follow-up or a seller website on a budget, CarrotCRM or REI BlackBook; for a system you build yourself, GoHighLevel; and for a wholesaling CRM with texting on your own Twilio numbers and dispo pages, Find. Our best CRM for wholesale real estate guide compares 9 tools with prices checked in October 2026, and our Find vs GoHighLevel page covers that platform.
