Privacy Policy
Last updated October 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Find (“Find”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the Find marketing website and product. This page is provided for general information and is not legal advice.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide and limited technical data, including:
- Contact details you submit through forms, for example, your name, work email, company, and message when you request a demo.
- Account and usage data generated when you use the Find application, such as records you create and actions you take.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, collected through privacy-respecting analytics.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Respond to demo requests and communicate with you about Find.
- Provide, secure, and improve the website and product.
- Understand aggregate usage so we can make Find better.
- Comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate Find (such as hosting, network and security, email delivery, and analytics) under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Some features run on accounts that you connect, and when you use them the data needed for that feature is processed by that provider: for example Twilio (texting and calling), Resend (email), SignWell (e-signature), Cloudinary (photos), your S3-compatible storage provider (documents), and Slack and Google Calendar (notifications and appointments). Skip tracing is provided through TitanSkip and the optional AI features through AI model providers reached via OpenRouter, either on our accounts or on your own if you connect them. Each provider handles that data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Google user data
Connecting a Google account to Find is optional. If you choose to connect one, Find requests only the narrowest permissions needed for the features you use. Find does not request any Gmail permission and has no access to your mailbox — it cannot read, search, send, or delete mail:
- Manage calendar events (
calendar.events) — so appointments you schedule in Find appear on your Google Calendar, and your upcoming events are visible inside the app. - Your email address and basic profile (
openid, email) — to identify which Google account is connected and show it in your settings.
Google account connections are per user, not per company. Connecting your account does not give your colleagues or administrators access to your mailbox or calendar. We store the access and refresh tokens Google issues, encrypted, solely to perform the actions above on your behalf. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train generative artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Find’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect your Google account at any time from Settings → Account in Find, which deletes the stored tokens. You can also revoke Find’s access directly from your Google account permissions page. Revoking access stops future calendar sync; calendar events already created are not withdrawn. It does not affect email, which Find sends through your own verified sending domain rather than through Google.
Data security
Find encrypts data in transit over HTTPS and uses role-based permissions, per-user authentication with optional two-factor authentication, and an audit log of key actions. Each customer’s data is isolated to its own workspace. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us. You can also opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link.
