Comparison
GoHighLevel alternative for wholesalers: Find vs GoHighLevel, compared
Find is a GoHighLevel alternative built for real estate wholesalers, with deal pipelines, skip tracing, dispo pages and texting-hour limits on your own Twilio numbers. GoHighLevel is a general CRM and marketing platform from $97 a month plus usage (checked Oct 2026) that you set up for wholesaling yourself.
How we reviewed GoHighLevel
This GoHighLevel review is a side-by-side comparison for wholesalers, not a star rating. Our team ran its own wholesaling business on GoHighLevel before building Find, but every GoHighLevel fact on this page comes from gohighlevel.com or HighLevel's help center, checked in October 2026 and linked where used. Where HighLevel doesn't list something, we say "not listed" instead of guessing.
Is GoHighLevel a CRM?
Yes, and a good deal more. HighLevel lists CRM and pipelines among its core features and calls the product "the AI-powered business operating system" (HighLevel, checked Oct 2026), with plans pitched at small businesses, solo marketers and agencies (HighLevel pricing, checked Oct 2026). Whether it's a good CRM for wholesaling depends on how much you want to build: none of its listed features is specific to wholesaling, so you set up the stages and deal fields yourself or start from its real estate snapshot.
What GoHighLevel does well
Its strengths, from its own pages:
- Breadth in one account. Every plan lists CRM and pipelines, unified conversations, SMS and email marketing, calling, workflows, website and funnel builders, calendars, reputation management, payments, courses and a mobile app, with unlimited contacts and users (HighLevel pricing, checked Oct 2026).
- Texting below Twilio's list price. HighLevel charges $0.00747 per SMS segment, which it describes as a 10% discount on the $0.0083 list price (HighLevel phone pricing, checked Oct 2026).
- Opt-out handling built in. Compliance settings add sender ID and opt-out wording to the first text in a conversation when missing (HighLevel help, checked Oct 2026), and STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE replies turn on Do Not Disturb (HighLevel help, checked Oct 2026).
- E-signature built in. Documents & Contracts covers templates, PDF uploads and e-signatures with an audit trail (HighLevel help, checked Oct 2026).
- A real estate starting point. Its snapshot library of pre-built accounts includes real estate (HighLevel pricing FAQ, checked Oct 2026).
GoHighLevel pricing in 2026
GoHighLevel costs $97, $297 or $497 a month ($970, $2,970 or $4,970 a year), plus usage for phone, texts, email and premium AI; Enterprise is quoted (HighLevel pricing, checked Oct 2026).
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $97 | $970 | 3 sub-accounts, unlimited contacts and users, all core features |
| Unlimited | $297 | $2,970 | Unlimited sub-accounts, rebill phone and email at cost, basic API access |
| Agency Pro | $497 | $4,970 | SaaS Mode, rebilling with markup, user reporting, advanced API access |
| Enterprise | Quoted | Quoted | Success manager, white-label mobile app, HIPAA included |
HighLevel's FAQ says Starter's 3 sub-accounts suit a single business owner, which is why our example below uses Starter (HighLevel pricing, checked Oct 2026). Optional extras include AI Employee at $50 or $97 a month per sub-account and Advanced Account Setup, a done-with-you setup service, at $1,000 (HighLevel pricing guide, checked Oct 2026).
GoHighLevel free trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to that tier. Billing begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel, and usage fees for phone and other third-party services can apply during the trial (HighLevel pricing, checked Oct 2026). Find has no free trial; you start with a guided demo.
What a wholesaling team pays on GoHighLevel
Your monthly cost is [plan] + [numbers] × $1.15 + [SMS segments sent and received] × $0.00747 + carrier fees + [outbound call minutes] × $0.0166 + recording + your A2P campaign fee. Every rate comes from HighLevel's phone pricing page; the call rate includes $0.004 a minute for client minutes (HighLevel phone pricing, checked Oct 2026).
Worked example: two reps on Starter with 2 local numbers send 8,000 text segments, receive 2,000, and make 1,500 outbound call minutes, all recorded.
| Line | Math | Monthly |
|---|---|---|
| Starter plan | Published price | $97.00 |
| Phone numbers | 2 × $1.15 | $2.30 |
| Texts | 10,000 segments × $0.00747 | $74.70 |
| Carrier fees on texts sent | 8,000 × $0.0035 to $0.0050 | $28.00 to $40.00 |
| Outbound calls | 1,500 minutes × $0.0166 | $24.90 |
| Call recording | 1,500 minutes × $0.0025 | $3.75 |
| A2P campaign fee | Low volume | $1.50 to $10.50 |
| Total | $232.15 to $253.15 |
That's before inbound call minutes, inbound carrier fees, recording storage, the conference-call charge HighLevel applies to every outgoing call ($0.0018 a minute per participant in the US), premium workflow runs, AI and the one-time $22.50 low-volume A2P registration. HighLevel bills calls in full minutes, rounding each partial minute up, so estimate minutes per call rather than total talk time (HighLevel phone pricing, checked Oct 2026).
The same usage on your own Twilio account
On Find, texting and calling run on your own Twilio account, and Twilio bills you at its list prices: $0.0083 per SMS segment, $1.15 per local number and the same $0.0035 to $0.0050 carrier fees per text sent (Twilio SMS pricing, checked Oct 2026), plus $0.0140 a minute for outbound calls, $0.0040 a minute for the browser leg of Find's click-to-call and $0.0025 a minute for recording (Twilio voice pricing, checked Oct 2026).
| Same usage | HighLevel phone system | Your Twilio account |
|---|---|---|
| 2 local numbers | $2.30 | $2.30 |
| 10,000 SMS segments | $74.70 | $83.00 |
| Carrier fees, 8,000 texts sent | $28.00 to $40.00 | $28.00 to $40.00 |
| 1,500 outbound minutes | $24.90 | $27.00 |
| Recording, 1,500 minutes | $3.75 | $3.75 |
| Usage before A2P fees | $133.65 to $145.65 | $144.05 to $156.05 |
At this volume, usage costs $10.40 more at Twilio's list prices. To compare totals, add A2P fees, [your Find quote] and the providers you connect (a paid SignWell plan, Resend, S3-compatible storage and Cloudinary), all listed on Find's pricing page, and set that against HighLevel's $232.15 to $253.15.
Why wholesalers outgrow a general platform
A general platform leaves the wholesaling parts to you: deal math, dispo, skip tracing and texting rules are things you build, buy or bolt on. From HighLevel's own pages:
- No wholesaling fields out of the box. None of the listed core features is specific to wholesaling, so ARV, repairs, MAO, assignment fee and your buyer list live in custom fields and pipelines you design (or pay a HighLevel specialist to build), or in someone else's snapshot. HighLevel's own done-with-you option is its $1,000 Advanced Account Setup.
- A deal follows one contact. An opportunity can hold up to 10 extra contacts, but lists and workflows run on the primary contact only (HighLevel opportunities FAQ, checked Oct 2026). A wholesale deal has a seller and a buyer you message about the same property.
- Texting hours are set per workflow. Each workflow can have one time window in the account's or the contact's time zone, falling back to the account's when the contact has none (HighLevel workflow settings, checked Oct 2026). The article doesn't mention state-specific hours, so any state rule you follow is a setting you maintain.
- Skip tracing isn't listed among its core features or add-ons, so traced numbers come from another provider and a CSV.
- Automation has a meter. Premium workflow triggers and actions cost $0.01 per execution, or a Workflow Pro tier from $10 a month for 10,000 executions (HighLevel pricing guide, checked Oct 2026).
In Find those pieces are part of the CRM: skip tracing, texting with hours and opt-out rules and dispo pages for your buyers.

How to switch from GoHighLevel to Find
You switch by exporting contacts and opportunities from GoHighLevel as CSV files, moving or replacing your numbers, and importing the files into Find; the Find team helps with the import during onboarding.
Know what HighLevel's exports leave out (HighLevel contact export help, checked Oct 2026):
- Only admins can export, and the file carries only the columns visible in your Contacts table.
- Each contact's latest note comes through, cut to 255 characters; past SMS and email logs aren't included.
- Each sub-account exports separately, and files stay downloadable for 30 days.
- Moving a number doesn't move contacts, conversations or call recordings (HighLevel number migration guide, checked Oct 2026).
- Keep what the export misses. Before you cancel, ask HighLevel support what else you can export, and save the notes and message history you need for open deals.
- Export contacts. In Contacts, open Smart Lists, use Manage Fields to show the tags and custom fields you need, select all, then choose More and Export, and download the file from Bulk Actions.
- Export your opt-outs separately. Filter a Smart List on SMS DND (or DND all) set to Enabled and export that list as its own file (HighLevel Smart List filters, checked Oct 2026).
- Export opportunities. In Opportunities, open the three-dot menu and choose Export Opportunities (HighLevel opportunities FAQ, checked Oct 2026).
- Move or replace your numbers. HighLevel support coordinates moves from its phone system to your own Twilio account; numbers already in your Twilio account stay put. Keep the numbers active until the move is confirmed. HighLevel says not to assume A2P 10DLC registration moves with a number, so check it in Twilio first (see our A2P 10DLC registration guide).
- Import into Find, opt-outs first. Add a DNC column set to yes on the opt-out file and map it to Find's do-not-contact field, then spot-check a few records before anyone texts. Map the other files' columns with the import wizard; duplicates are handled on the way in.
- Rebuild the moving parts. Recreate pipeline stages, buyer tags, campaign templates and automations. Automated texting stays off until an admin turns it on.
Stay on GoHighLevel if...
GoHighLevel is the better fit when its breadth is what you use and your wholesaling setup already works. Stay if:
- You run an agency or resell software. Sub-accounts, rebilling and SaaS Mode are built into its plans; Find has one account per company.
- Your marketing lives in HighLevel. Websites, funnels, courses, reputation management and email marketing all run there. Find has lead forms and seller-quiz funnels and sends email from your own domain, but it isn't an email marketing tool.
- You want a published price and a free trial before you talk to anyone. Find is quoted on a call.
- You want texts below Twilio's list price. HighLevel charges 10% less per US text segment; on Find, Twilio bills your account at its own rates.
- You want ringless voicemail or a mobile app. HighLevel lists both (HighLevel, checked Oct 2026). Find has browser click-to-call with no voicemail drops, and installs from your phone's browser.
- You want e-signature without another subscription. Find's e-signature needs your own paid SignWell plan.
- Your build works and someone maintains it. Switching means rebuilding your stages, deal fields, buyer list and texting windows, so weigh that time against what you'd gain.
Other GoHighLevel alternatives
GoHighLevel's competitors depend on what you use it for. HighLevel's own site compares it with general marketing and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Keap, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Zoho and Salesforce (HighLevel, checked Oct 2026). For wholesaling, the alternatives are investor CRMs: our roundup of the best CRM for real estate wholesalers compares REsimpli, CarrotCRM, Left Main REI, FreedomSoft, REI BlackBook, DataSift and Podio with GoHighLevel and Find, using each vendor's published prices. Some bundle property data or skip-tracing credits, which Find doesn't. For one head-to-head, read Find vs REsimpli.
Frequently asked questions
Is HighLevel the same as GoHighLevel?
Yes. HighLevel is the product's name and gohighlevel.com is where it's sold; the company is HighLevel LLC, a subsidiary of GoHighLevel Inc. HighLevel CRM means its CRM and pipelines, which come with texting, email, calling, workflows, websites, funnels and calendars on plans from $97 a month plus usage (checked Oct 2026).
Does Find cost more than GoHighLevel?
It depends on your team and volume. GoHighLevel publishes plans from $97 a month plus wallet-billed usage, with US texts priced 10% below Twilio's list rate, while Find quotes one plan on a call and you pay Twilio, SignWell and the other providers you connect directly. Price both with your own number of users, texts and call minutes before you decide.
Does GoHighLevel include skip tracing?
HighLevel's pricing page lists no skip tracing among its core features or add-ons (checked Oct 2026), so you would trace with another provider and import the results. In Find, skip tracing is switched on per account and billed by usage or through your own TitanSkip account; Find never auto-texts traced numbers and doesn't check them against the National Do Not Call Registry.
Can I keep my GoHighLevel phone numbers if I switch?
HighLevel's migration guide says its support team moves numbers from its phone system to your own Twilio account, typically in about 1 to 2 business days once support has the details (checked Oct 2026); numbers already in your own Twilio account stay there. Keep the numbers active until the move is confirmed, and check your A2P 10DLC registration in Twilio before you text.
